Built for multiple operations
The DEM Hybrid Series is developed for high volume production of bar and tube parts that need multiple machining operations. The machining concept covers a wide range of operations in one line.

Ten process tools
Chamfering, turning, peeling, thread rolling, thread cutting, end machining, drilling, key milling, splines and brushing are all available. The selection follows what the part drawing calls for.

Eight to sixteen spindles
Spindle count is configurable from 8 to 16. The line is put together around the operations your part needs.

High volume output
Output runs from 10 to 1000 parts per hour. Where a line lands in that range follows from how it is configured.

The material range
Diameters from ø6mm to ø100mm, lengths from 40mm to 700mm. Bar and tube are both handled within that range.

Vices from eight to thirty two
The line takes 8 to 32 vices. Vice count is set as part of the configuration, alongside spindles and process tools.

A complete production line
Magazine for raw parts, loader, integrated saw, machining spindles, washing and packaging cells. The line can be delivered as the whole flow from raw material to packed part.

Controls and order handling
The machines can be delivered with Sinumerik controls and an integrated order handling system. Operators work with production orders rather than individual machine settings.
