Built for end machining
The EMC Series is developed specifically for end machining of bar and tube material. Parts are loaded, processed and collected in one continuous run, with no manual transfer between stations.

High output production
The machine is designed for high volume work, with output of up to 1500 parts per hour. It holds a steady pace through long production runs.

Horizontal spindle for long parts
The spindle works horizontally, so the machine handles long material with ease. Bar and tube lengths of up to 4000mm are supported.

A full set of operations
Contour milling, facing, inside chamfer, outside chamfer, drilling and threading are all available on the machine. One setup covers the full end machining sequence.

Configured around your part
The series runs with one or two spindles and one to three vices. The layout is matched to your part geometry and your throughput target.

Automatic or semi-automatic handling
The handling system is fully flexible. It can be delivered fully automatic or semi-automatic, depending on what your production needs.

Optional automatic tool changer
An automatic tool changer can be integrated as an option. It widens the range of processes the machine runs in a single cycle, including milling, drilling and threading.

Fast changeover
The operator interface is intuitive and quick to learn. Setup time between different products is kept to a minimum, so short runs stay practical.

Built and supported in Denmark
The machine is designed and built in Thisted. Service, support and spare parts come directly from the engineering team that built it, with no intermediaries.
